As an ADHD expert, I have always been drawn to friends who have ADHD. I love their spontaneity and fun-loving nature and find their company engaging and refreshing. While some people may only view ADHD as a disorder or a challenge, I see it as a natural way of thinking and being that brings a tremendous amount of vitality to the world.
